A proud native of the Washington metropolitan area, Tarshea Smith brings over 30 years of proven leadership to the real estate and property management industry. Her extensive portfolio spans all asset classes — from garden-style and mid-rise communities to high-rises, condominiums, and HUD-affiliated housing. Tarshea has successfully managed diverse property types, including military and multi-family housing, as well as single-family homes, with communities ranging up to 2,000 units.
